Very Poor Customer Service and Lost Package – No Accountability My experience with adidas customer service has been extremely disappointing. My order was lost, and despite the fact that I paid in full and never received the package, adidas refused to take responsibility for the issue. Instead of helping the customer, their support team provided only generic, template responses and continuously shifted the blame to the courier service. No real assistance, no clear investigation, and no resolution were offered. It feels like adidas is focused solely on protecting its own interests rather than supporting its customers. What makes this situation worse is the complete lack of accountability. A lost package should be the responsibility of the seller until the customer actually receives the goods. Unfortunately, adidas does not seem to follow this principle. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping with adidas. I will actively discourage others from making purchases, as lost packages and refusal to resolve such cases appear to be a recurring issue. This level of customer service seriously damages trust in the brand.

I love this jacket. The quality is amazing. It’s soft. Warm but cooling at the same time. The length is perfect for me. I wish I had another one in the black color but it’s sold out. My favorite adidas purchase
